However offer the options to transfer to a new date, different course, or offer the option of course credits with the option of being redeemed by other participant if nominated to.
If late notice is provided, I understand that my new date change may only be confirmed the day prior to the course subject to availability:

Please note there is an $80 Charge per person if you make a date change to your booking 7 days prior to the course date.

We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise from time to time, if there is a compelling reason: we can reschedule your training day to another date. Work commitments are not considered a compelling reason.

To avoid fees, you can nominate someone else to attend in your place.
