How do I know which course is right for me?
We kindly ask you to complete one of our self-assessments to ensure you enrol in the right course for you. For the most accurate results, please answer honestly. It will also help if you review the course outline for your course(s) of interest.
Can I change/cancel my booking date?
As stated in our terms & conditions, we do not accept full cancellations.
However, we offer flexible alternatives, including transferring to a new date, switching to a different course, or receiving course credits, which can be redeemed by another participant if nominated.
If late notice is provided, I understand that my new course date may only be confirmed the day prior to the course subject to availability:
- Please note there is an $80 Charge per person if you make a date change to your booking 7 days prior to the course date.
- We understand that extenuating circumstances may arise from time to time, if there is a compelling reason: we can reschedule your training day to another date. Work commitments are not considered a compelling reason.
- To avoid fees, you can nominate someone else to attend in your place.
Is there any additional costs for corporate training?
One thing about Mobile MOUSe, our Microsoft Office Corporate Training often will cost you less per person as your group size increases, making it an excellent, cost-effective way to up-skill your team!
