Mobile MOUSe has strong concerns over the spread of viruses & bacteria & the effect they have on public health as well as the West Australian economy as a whole.
As a company, our hygiene guidelines include every possible measure to protect our employees, students & the general public to ensure that any impact on our public health system & economy to safe as much as possible.
Attend your course another way
We also offer Virtual Classrooms so you can attend our public or
corporate courses online, from the comfort of your home.
SICK PREVENTION
In alignment with our hygiene guidelines,
we kindly ask for your support in maintaining a safe environment for our trainers & your team.

Sensible Social Distancing is observed when mandated by state or federal government directives.

During periods of government mandated restrictions, we may require the wearing of face masks in your training room / venue , dependant on government mandates, advice or directions.

During government mandated restriction periods, class sizes should be significantly reduced, to minimise inter-person close quarter contact.
Sterilisation

Students & staff are requested to make use of hand sanitiser &/ or wash hands at regular intervals.

We sterilise our equipment at the end of every training session with sanitary disinfectants.

Students are provided with anti-bacterial surface wipes in order to further minimise risk.

While every pre-caution is taken to sterilise our equipment, students who feel more comfortable using their own keyboard & mouse may bring their own.
COVID PREVENTION
In alignment with our hygiene guidelines, we reserve the right to maintain a peaceful & safe training environment for all & therefore reserve the right to deny access to our venue, anyone who we deem to be posing a potential health & / or safety risk to our venue, our staff or other students.

We have installed ultra-high volume air purification systems in each of our training rooms.

We supply alcohol based hand sanitiser with multiple sanitising stations setup around our venue, including the entrance & classrooms.

Students & staff are requested to make use of hand sanitiser & / or wash hands at regular intervals.

If needed, students can be separated by portable desk sneeze guards.

Students or staff who present with any cold or flu like symptoms will be denied access to the venue & asked to leave the venue. Your training will be deferred until you feel better.

All Mobile MOUSe vehicles are equipped with alcohol based hand sanitiser.

All Mobile MOUSe Staff & Trainers are fully vaccinated. Proof of vaccination status is available on request.

OUR HYGIENE GUIDELINES GO BOTH WAYS

In alignment with our hygiene guidelines, we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who we deem as a health & or safety risk to other patrons, our venue & to Mobile MOUSe employees.

If our trainers feel at risk due to any conditions, we reserve the right to defer the commencement of the training till situation is resolved.

We kindly ask you to reschedule the attendance of your training session if you are sick or unwell. We offer course credit if you are unwell & will inform you of similar upcoming sessions.
